David Milner brings over 30 years’ law enforcement experience to Investigations Unit<\/h3>\n

Martin Kenney & Co (MKS) is happy to announce that veteran former detective David Milner is joining our Investigations Unit, and will be based in our BVI offices.<\/p>\n

David joins us as a fraud investigator after completing a 32-year career in law enforcement. He is the newest member of our multi-disciplinary investigations team, comprising ex-law enforcement officers, forensic accountants and other investigative specialists.<\/p>\n

David has extensive experience working on counter-terrorism teams, on homicide cases, and undertaking multiple investigations into organised crime groups.<\/p>\n

After retiring from the police (serving mainly in the north-west of England), he spent 18 months working with the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force as a detective, specialising in investigations and as a lead exhibits officer.<\/p>\n

Reacting to his new role, David Milner said:<\/b><\/p>\n

“I am delighted to be joining my new colleagues in the MKS Investigations Unit, and equally excited to be part of what is an innovative and dynamic team of lawyers and investigators.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m relishing the chance to use my years of experience in law enforcement, and investigating serious organised crime, to help tackle these complex international cases and within a firm that is so highly-regarded in international legal circles.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Tony McClements, Head of Investigations at MKS, said:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d like to welcome Dave to the team.\u00a0His detective background in major crime will stand him in good stead as all our cases are drawn from the upper echelons of criminality. He will be an asset to the team and I am confident that all our clients will be equally impressed when they meet him.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Martin Kenney, Head of Firm at MKS, added:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIn hiring Dave, MKS is investing further in the capabilities of our Investigations Unit, which combines decades of policing and law enforcement experience with forensic accounting and digital forensics capabilities.<\/p>\n
